Delaware Cities Family Court Records

Delaware cities do not run their own Family Court. All Family Court Records for each city are held by the Family Court at the county level. Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Delaware City, and New Castle all send cases to the New Castle County Family Court. Dover, Milford, and Harrington cases go through the Kent County Family Court. Seaford, Lewes, and parts of Milford file at Sussex County Family Court in Georgetown.
